What a genius

I work a hectic schedule running a support business. My sleep has suffered over time and trying to get back on track has been a challenge. Sleep genius puts me to bed with its alternating vibe music, prompts me to get to bed much earlier then I would have considered, wakes me up gently when needed, provides perfectly timed power naps, and questions and adapts to my actually sleep performance, I really find it to be a very functional and must have app. Been using it daily for about five weeks and just went pro.
