I have purchased & studied many sleep helps. This is by far the best. I got first free & decided to upgrade. My download didnt take but finally got success and it is so well worth it! This is an awesome app. If Im not mistaken created for astronauts- binary impulses used. Either way it is super soothing. It takes a lot to settle my brain energy, this does. Highly effective and recommended. Now for iPad pls. Dont thk one has given it ample opp to rate it less than 4*.
