What this actually is...

I couldnt fall asleep and after reading the "NASA" hype and other supposed endorsements, I thought this would help. You launch the app and it presents you with a sleep button and three selectable durations to play the soundtrack, one being continuous/non-stop. All it is is the same loop of light music (electronic piano, guitar) that pans side to side in a fairly rapid pace. To me this was far from soothing. I tried it anyway. No luck. More irritating than anything else. There is no guided audio, no rain sounds or other such options; just that irritating music that pans side to side. Its an over-hyped waste of money in my opinion. I want my money back.
