I already paid for premium but it is not acknowledging it. My account was charged $5. Please fix this!

This app has been an amazing tool to help me get to sleep and stop night waking. Really love the gentle alarm in the mornings too!

First, the sound right-left track is annoying & distracting. It modulates back and forth from left to right, about twice per second. It sounds like an audio ping pong game is going on in my head. I tried a different set of headphones thinking something was wrong with my Bose earbuds, but it was the same with cheaper ones. I also tried it with just one earbud. Same annoying pulsing. Doesnt put me to sleep. I tried it for three nights and did not get use to it. Secondly, the price is too steep. You pay $5 for the app, but if you want the full deal, its going to cost another $5. Considering it doesnt work, not going to try the premium upgrade.

I couldnt fall asleep and after reading the "NASA" hype and other supposed endorsements, I thought this would help. You launch the app and it presents you with a sleep button and three selectable durations to play the soundtrack, one being continuous/non-stop. All it is is the same loop of light music (electronic piano, guitar) that pans side to side in a fairly rapid pace. To me this was far from soothing. I tried it anyway. No luck. More irritating than anything else. There is no guided audio, no rain sounds or other such options; just that irritating music that pans side to side. Its an over-hyped waste of money in my opinion. I want my money back.

Okay, if I pay for the premium version, I expect to get the premium version. It would be a decent app if it werent for this. Of course I cant know that for sure since I dont have the full version THAT I PAID FOR. Oh yeah, and their customer service never replied to my request for assistance.

Beware. To get all the advertised features you have to pay an additional $6.99 on top of the $4.99 you already paid. Misleading and deceptive.

Why wont it play in the background? Why didnt the app default to my last selection each launch? Not good enough for the price.

This just really doesnt help me at all. I wanted for it to work so bad and I tried and tried, but it never helps me fall asleep or leaves me feeling rested.

This app has really lived up to its name! I am very pleased with the outcome of this app and could not believe how well it has worked! I cant believe what a difference it has made in me and my daughters lives. It is really a miracle worker!

The premium option problem mentioned by others has not been fixed, and thats pretty annoying.

I love these sounds but end up using another app more because I cant play this one in the background when Im putting my kids to bed and I dont like to switch it when they are already asleep.

I used to swear by this app to get me, an impossibly bad sleeper, to fall asleep and wake up as if magic had ensued! Naturally I purchased any and all premium features made available but since the app has been updated I have not been able to use even the basic features let alone the premium. Can you PLEASE fix this or refund all of us who are experiencing this same problem? I much prefer the former!

I know this app has science behind it and everything and it really does work and help, the main problem is that it often does not trigger the alarm and when I have like school and everthing its nice to not oversleep and be in a rush. So yeah you should make the alarm just overide everything so it goes off at the very least because alarms are important.

It works great, as long as the app is running on the forefront, the minute you switch to another app or simply go to the Home screen for whatever it quits working. So essentially it holds your phone hostage while its operational.

This used to be one of my favorite apps. This app is not as reliable as a wake up alarm anymore. I have to use another alarm as backup now, just in case. I dont know if it is the notifications from other apps that mess it up or other reasons, but sometimes SG fails to kickoff as desired. When that happens, the backup (jarring) alarm wakes me up - which defeats the purpose of a gentle awakening. It seems to work better on an old iPod touch - where all other notifications are deactivated and it is not connected to WiFi at night.

I feel tricked. For $4.99 I get the basic app with one sleep and one alarm program, but app states power nap, relaxation and sleep tracking. However now I have to pay another 4.99 to upgrade to premium to get these features?

Its disappointing that this premium priced app lacks the functional capabilities of much cheaper concepts: 1. Its quite surprising this app does not run in the background, this is a rudimentary requirement, basic! 2. I upgraded the additional data that was so supposed to be graphical never populated 3. The in app help section is non functional so concerns etc cannot be registered quickly. Given the pedigree background of the concept start, I find this execution shoddy and not worth the expenditure. Effective mechanism to potentially kill a great concept. No value at all given these issues and the cost.

It helps sleeping, which is the goal, but needs some work.

Honestly love this app. It really helps when you cant sleep at night. However, after this new update Ive been unable to open the app. I cant even delete and reinstall it. Is there anyway to fix this? Its a really good app.
